Our honeys are live, raw and unfiltered products, which guarantees that they maintain all their enzymes, pollen and medicinal properties.

• Natural crystallization: If your honey hardens or forms crystals, that's a good sign! This is the natural process of pure, unprocessed honey. To return it to its liquid state while maintaining its properties, heat it gently in the oven. bain-marie (maximum 40°C). Never use the microwave if you want to preserve its ecological benefits.

• Sweetness with Sense: As they are very intense honeys (especially avocado), we recommend starting with a small amount. A teaspoon is enough to transform a dish.

• Food Safety: Following pediatric recommendations, honey consumption is not recommended for children under 12 months of age.

• Utensils: We recommend using wooden, ceramic or stainless steel spoons to avoid altering the flavor of the product.
